Why I Built Pathway
People often ask me about my baseball career and immediately want to talk about the big leagues. While I'm grateful for every opportunity baseball has given me, that's not where my story really begins. My story begins with an unexpected detour, a lesson I learned at the highest level of the game, and the perspective I've gained as a husband and father. Those three experiences are the reason Pathway Baseball Group exists.

Pathway Foundations is designed for young athletes who want to build the habits, mindset, and baseball skills needed for long-term growth. This pilot group combines quality instructions with the Pathway standard of ownership, discipline, confidence, and character.
